If you choose to machine wash your items, place them in a laundry bag to protect them. Use a delicate cycle with cold water and a mild detergent. It is recommended not to mix faux fur with heavy or rough clothing, as this may cause excessive friction.

For drying and storage, it is best to let the item air dry, away from direct sunlight, to prevent discoloration.

Returns

Withdrawal period : In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
